UK poet Geraldine Green creative writing tutor and editor was born, grew up and still lives on the Furness Peninsula, Cumbria. Her work is widely anthologised in the UK and US. Frequent visitor to North America, in 2015 she celebrated 10 years of poetry readings there. In 2011 she gained a PhD in Creative Writing from Lancaster University. Her third full collection, Passing Through was published in 2018 by Indigo Dreams. She blogs at: Salt Road




Kerry Darbishire songwriter and poet grew up in the Lake District where she continues to live and write in a remote area of Cumbria. Her poems have appeared widely in anthologies and magazines and have won several competition prizes, including shortlist Bridport 2017. Recently she was a runner-up in the international Mslexia Poetry Competition. Her first full poetry collection, A Lift of Wings published in November 2014 by Indigo Dreams. A biography Kay’s Ark, the story of her mother, published in September 2016 by Handstand Press. www.handstandpress.net. Her second poetry collection, Sweet on my Tongue was published by Indigo Dreams in August, 2018. She co-edited the new Handstand Press Cumbrian Poetry Anthology, This Place I know.




Pippa Little is Scots, living in Northumberland. She’s co-tutored on several poetry courses at Brantwood, is a Royal Literary Fund Fellow at Newcastle University and currently working on her third collection.




Born and brought up on a hill farm near Caldbeck, Kathleen Jones is a poet, novelist and biographer, currently living in an old mill in the Eden valley.  Published work includes 2 novels, 4 collections of poetry, and biographies of  Katherine Mansfield, Norman Nicholson, and the women of the Wordsworth and Coleridge families.  www.kathleenjones.co.uk
